There is a lot of discussion over at http://www.2cpu.com.

Right now, there is only one board, the Tyan. A number of people have been
having problems though. The power requirements are enormous, it seems that the
only people that have been successful are using only the most expensive, hard to
get hardware, including power supplies and memory. AMD and Tyan will tell you
that the only way to get a stable working system is to use components that are
AMD approved, there are like maybe 2 power supply manufacturers that are
approved.

Expect to pay WELL over $1k for a BASIC system.
