I have an Excel spreadsheet which I accidently erased and deleted
from the Recycle Bin. Are there any techniques whcih can be used to
recover the lost data? Normally I back up my sheets to a second
computer and then to a floppy disk. Didn't get the chance in this
case.

Solutions appreciated.
