I have a Packard Bell 14" .28 dot pitch monitor with five adjustment
knobs under the front bottom.

1. Brightness
2. Contrast
3. Vertical Position
4. Vertical Size
5. Horizontal Position

I have no knob for the horizontal size, and the black areas are in
toward the middle of the screen about a half of an inch on either side.
So I am losing an inch of full screen width. Does anyone know how I can
rectify this? Why in the world would they not put the sixth knob on
there. I have a friend who has the same monitor except it's about 5
months newer and it has all six knobs?!

TIA
James McGwire
