I'd be tempted to leave it as is (It ain't broke). I have had good luck with
the dishwasher in these cases. Put it in the regular cycle, let it dry
(Upside down) at least overnight. Voila!

What should I do now? Should I take it apart and attempt a proper cleaning?
If so, with what? Other
suggestions? Thanks for helping someone who breaks his own rule about
liquids near the keyboard.
