   Sometimes even the paper label will catch on the drive, but usually it is
the disk shutter that catches. I have had some luck with small slim shims
(like a long thin knife blade) inserted into the drive to try and press down
the bent shutter. Taking the drive out of the case completely wil also
enable you to get a better look at the problem floppy. Luckily floppy drives
are cheap around here ($15) so if it is screwed up the replacement expense
is not too bad.
