The other symptom is bulging (domed) tops...
A very bad sign of EOL if not "dealt with"...

I have replaced small numbers of CAPS, but it is not easy as
the MBs are multilayer, easy to damage, and hard to get the "right" caps,
or to get the holes clean...
(I'm Gov't trained to solder to NASA specs, so it gave me little or no trouble.)
