  A Celeron 400 is 6.0x66; 6.0x75 is also 450, but also more expensive,
and requires a motherboard that provides a 75 MHz setting.

  At 66 MHz FSB, PCI runs at half that; at 100 MHz FSB, PCI runs at a
third of that.  On most boards out there PCI runs at 38 MHz on 75 MHz
FSB and 42 MHz on 83 MHz FSB.  Some PCI cards won't like this.

  If it were me[*], I'd go for the 300A -- it's cheap, simple, and
there are lots of people I can turn to for help.
