I recently put together a computer using a ASUS P2B-S board.  ASUSTech has a
program called
ASUS PC Probe which, I believe, will do what you want.  It can be downloaded
from the ASUS web site at the following link:
http://www.asus.com.tw/products/motherboard/driver_utility.html#pcprobe

It is supposed to work with all ASUS products.
