I took a quick look at this power supply on NewEgg's site, and it is billed
as a "Dual Xeon" power supply.  Apparently, this is a server power supply,
so I think the problem is that you'll need a 24 to 20 pin ATX adapter to use
this with your Dell system.  In fact, one of the customer reviews commented
on this, "Be sure to pick-up a 24 pin to 20 pin adapter if you plan on using
this on a motherboard with a 20 pin ATX power plug."
