Tracy,

First double check the multiplier for the CPU.  It should be 3.5 (3.5 X 66
MHz = 233 MHz.)  Another possibility is that the motherboard does not
support chips faster that 200 MHz.  This can probably be corrected with a
BIOS update from BIOSTAR.  I have an ASUS motherboard that gave me the same
problem until an update from ASUS upgraded the speed capabilities.
