The limit is 512, but long file name on FAT16 will get a much less number.

I believe it removed the limitation on FAT32 (could it be a much large number so
you can forget the limitation?). I can't just take MS speech, I didn't try the
number yet, but I'm pretty sure 512 won't be problem.
