Joe,

If your Windows CD is an upgrade CD, then it did come with a boot disk.
Any DOS 6.x boot disk with a generic CD driver will get you started.
BUT......
the CD will not install unless you have proof of ownership of a previous
version of Windows.

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the list and I'm pretty new to computer building. I have already
run into my first big problem. I have my Windows 98 CD, but I don't have a
floppy boot disk to format my hard drive.
