I have a 4 year old SCEPTRE P73V monitor that occasionally suddenly 'jumps' in width (not in height) so that the side bars are off the screen. After a few minutes (or sometimes keyboard activity) it will 'jump' back to its normal size. Is the monitor dying? Is it really a monitor as opposed to a software problem? Any advice will be appreciated.
