Slight Correction: You can use all com ports at the same time,
but you must assign a different IRQ to each port.  Com 1 & 3
default to
sharing IRQ 4 and Com 2 & 4 default to sharing IRQ 3.  You
usually
can re-assign IRQ 5 & 7 (from LPT 1 & 2) to the other com port,
however you must check each PC for free IRQ's.
