Hi,
I am part of a Seniors computing club. We have 6 Celeron 733 with 128 meg RAM conected in a network. I installed the network and it all works well. We then set up ICS. We set up the main computer and prepared a disc which we then installed on all the others (you run a file called icslet). Every machine works fine EXCEPT ONE! When we try to activate either Outlook Express 6 or IE we get the message "Failed to load the Internet Connection Wizard helper component." We have tried to fing this component without success even reinstalling Win 98se. We are truly stuck and we need this machine online. Has anyone some advice for us?
