In addition to Bob's suggestion you might try Wim's Bios Page at
http://www.ping.be/bios/ .
Wim Bervoets has compiled an exhaustive listing of links to manufacturers
using AMI and Award BIOS.  You use his tables to find your BIOS signature
then link to the manufacturer's web site (usually) where you will often
find the flash file you need for your particular motherboard.
