> You need to restart computer, pressing F8 repeatedly until a menu pops
up.
> Select "DOS Prompt" and enter.
> You should get "C:"
> Type "scanreg /restore"


You can also hold down the "Ctrl" (Control) key instead of pressing F8
repeaadtedly and this will get you to the same "DOS Prompt".
