Hi Ryo...

What I did was to get a $2 6' audio extension cable... run the male end
into the SB card and up to my desk. When I want speaker sound, I plug in
the speakers to the other end. When I want headset sound, I pull the
speaker out and plug in the headset. There are switches, but they run quite
a bit more than an extension cable.
