Hi,

Someone brought me a system a couple of days ago and explained the
following,

"I walked over to the system and tried to move the mouse, but it was frozen.
I decided to reboot the system through the main power switch and then
nothing would come back on."

I've since taken the system and looked over it, and indeed nothing comes
on - no post, no tests, nothing. I can hear the hard drive power up though.
I've stripped it down to the conventional video card and still nothing. I've
replaced video card, and still nothing. The RAM is fine. The hard disk is
fine.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any comments are appreciated.
