The first thing that strikes me is that aren't able to reach the DNS
(Domain Name Server.)
Try typing a web site into the browser such as http://64.58.76.224   This
should bring up the Yahoo! web site.  If this works, then it's definitely a
problem with your DNS.  You would need to go into your Networking Control
Panel and manually enter the DNS address.  You can get the DNS setting from
your ISP, or you could try 207.217.77.82, and/or 207.217.120.83
