I think that the shexview and shellmenuview programs may be of help.

They allow you to add, delete, and modify the right click extensions. You
will, however, need to learn a bit about how the extensions work in order to
make best use of it. It is also possible to make the changes manually in the
Windows Registry, but that is a more daunting and dangerous way to do it.

Hope this helps.

When I right click on a file in Windows Explorer, a menu list comes up.
Ideally, the list should be the things I do often and should make computing
easier. The list I get is too long and contains things I would never do.
Unwanted items have been put in the list such as:

Add to Windows Media Player List
Play with Windows Media Player
Shop for music online
Share
Search in backup archive
