First boot-new machine under construction

I'm building a machine with the following components:

Antec Case with 350w power supply

MSI board K7T Turbo ver.3

MSI AGP video card

Athlon chip 1800+ with heatsink/fan

PC133 memory 168 pin from Crucial

Anyway, I've only connected the board, chip, fans, and memory.

It powers on for about 2-3 seconds before shutting off.

Any thoughts while I'm googling?
