Chances are pretty good that it is the speakers sitting next to the
monitor.  A quick way to check this is to put them next to a tv (not for
to long tho) and see if you notice any discolorization, if you do then
the speakers are giving off a magnetic field which will mess up your
monitor and cause the shakes after long exposure.
