I purchased a program called "Paragon Partition Manager 9.0 Personal 
Edition." They als have a Pro edition. This also works with Vista as we 
as Windows XP. It allowed me to regain the extra unallocated space 
without have to move what I installed. It also allows us to change the 
formatting without loosing information, organizing our programs to 
different partitions and move free space from a partition to another 
partition.
