Hello PCBuilders.

I want to get a new modem, one that is neither Host Signal Processing (Win
Modem) nor plug 'n pray.  I am considering dual or triple booting win95,
NT, Linux.

I did have a Zoom 28.8k, and liked it until I wanted more speed.  It is
hard to tell which modems are NOT PnP or HSP, because those are "features",
and not having those features, not much is said about the specs of the modem.

Any suggestions?
