You aren't likely to damage the chips, but they may not work.  Do to
variances in quality, some of the 66 MHZ SDRAM works on a 100 MHZ front side
bus.  If you start to get unexpected errors or random lockups after
installing that will indicate the RAM can't keep up.  As a side note.  Many
of the "Super7" motherboards for AMD K6-2 chips enable you to run the
processor at 100 MHZ, and the memory at 66MHZ, so if your looking to upgrade
in this way, you won't have to upgrade your memory also.
