Below is what I copied off a forum about this mess with Zone Alarm and MS
updates. Now, I just went to the site (_http://seconfig.sytes.net_
(http://seconfig.sytes.net) ) he was talking about, but how do I use it or is it self
done? Is it safe to use or as good as leaving ZoneAlarm's at Medium?

I uninstalled zonealarm, turned windows firewall back on and ran seconfig to
bolt down the security.
seconfig seems a useful tool and automates the lockdown I normally do
manually get it from http://seconfig.sytes.net>>>>>>>
