I noticed a sticker on the side of a windows CE Hitachi laptop that says
Something to the effect that this device is not FCC approved.

What does this mean? Normally you see most electronic equipment that is
FCC approved.
Does this mean I can expect problems  that can be caused by this device
and another communications equipment  nearby?
