We use Ghost on campus to roll out complete system images to entire
labs of machines at once -- I hadn't realized it could be used to
duplicate drives/partitions within a single machine.
  Norton used to sell a product called PartitionMagic (not, if I recall
correctly, originally developed by them) that included the ability to
clone partitions/drives, and these days I use a very similar utility
from Easeus (which is, I think, free for strictly personal use, and even
paid it is quite reasonably priced...).  I'm not aware of any limitation
that would prevent these utilities from handling drives whose physical
interface happens to be SCSI rather than EIDE or SATA, but I don't have
a SCSI system any more and so haven't needed to try it.

this? It performs a full disk copy from one disk to another. Norton
often includes it with other software products, and probably still sells
it by itself.

I have a 36GB SCSI drive non-raid in the Drive 0 position of SCSI
ribbon, the drive is jumpered to reflect that position.

I need to clone this to a larger 72GB SCSI of the same family of hard
drive manufacture.

The OS in question is Windows 2003 Server 32bit.

Is there a software package that can handle this?

This is for a school that has very limited funds. Got the hard drive
that is required.

I know I need to use the jumpers on the larger SCSI drive to the Drive 1
jumper setup.
When this is cloned then jumper the larger drive to Drive 0 when this is
completed.
