Hi

I have a cable connection, and cable modem, I used to be able to
connect to the internet in safe mode with network connections with win
95.....I now have win 98 and do not remember how to set this up
again.....if was a great help to be able to e-mail in safe mode......any
suggestions as to how to do this again??
