I have just re-installed Windows XP SP 2 (re-formatted) and everything seems to be working just great EXCEPT my shortcut CTRL left/right arrow.


I have run SFC without any resolution.  Cannot find anything on MS support site. 


I am running an AMD 5600, 2 GB of Corsair 6400C4, BFG 6600 OC video digital card.
