Thanks Hal for responding.  AFAIK, I downloaded the correct version
from NOSPIN ... it is the version listed for Win98.  When it is
unzipped, it executes out of a DOS like window, but, yes, it is
launched from my Windows Desktop.  As far as the correct Win98 CD goes
... I have only one, Microsoft Windows 98, Second Edition ... oh,
well, for whatever reason, it didn't work for me.
