You know, I remember several years ago there were several SW tuner cards
out, but for the life of me I can't remember who made them or if they're
still available. I'll look around and see if I can jog my sieve like memory.

Are there any PCI circuit cards / tuners out there that scan for short-wave
radio? So you can  listen to the public airwaves,  I've seen Ham Radio
Software  around. Just wondering.
