I found this link using windrivers.com:
http://www.opti.com/html/drivers.html . The page has a  Win95 driver for an
OPTi82C924 chip, which I believe is what you have.  The page indicates that
they no longer make sound chips, and they do not have a Win98 driver, but
it's likely the Win95 driver will work if you have Win98.  Hope this helps.
