I think I had this problem on an HP600 awhile back. I tried using a new
cartridge, and I still got the message. I did some searching on the
internet, and I believe that I found that this can sometimes be an
erroneous message. There was a way to configure the printer settings so the
message would go away, but I forget what was involved. It might be a false
message, not sure though.
