I'm trying in install a ATI XPERT 128 PCI Video Card (16MB) to replace my AGP 1MB Matrox.

I downlaoded the "special driver" for the MVP3 Bios but still no luck.

AMD K6-2 500 on a EFA Viking 3 AT MB (BIOS is P5MVP3-AT ver 1.03

OS 98SE
RAM 128+64
HD DiamondMax 30 GB on a Promise ATA100 card

From the ATI website, I find the drivers on the CD won't work.

I installed the card as Standard VGA PCI initially. When I attempt to load the MVP3 special set of drivers I get an error:

"EMM386 has detected error #Ç7 in appplication at mem address 00b8:26FF"
