Look at the JumpDrive for a small switch.
On mine it is white and on the left side.
On mine, it is set to the position away from
the USB plug. See where yours is and change it.
It that does not work, flip it back and forth a couple
dozen times (to help wipe the contacts clean).
I have never had to do that...
