Dear ,

        I have that problem before , I belive the modems working good - If
windows can detect them - all you have to do is disableing waiting dial
tone before dialing : as :

((((((( DUN proparties ----> modem congifuration ---> connection --->
waitting for dial tone before dialing ))

I think it will work , please tell the result.
