Having serviced many Mac keyboards (along with the usual PC
ones) I would highly not recommend the dishwasher method !!! The
best way, in my opinion, is to physically take the unit apart and
clean invidivual components, etc. Depending on the keyboard I just
replace them. Mac ones are expensive compared to PC ones, so I
sometimes try to fix them up.
