ATX Cases go together pretty much the same way as an AT case. I don't know
what is meant by taking off the front cover and I don't think that it is
possible on most cases. Several cases that I use require that the PII CPU be
in place on the MB prior to having it placed into the case because it has to
slide into the slot and because of the power supply, it will not go in after
the MB is secured to the case. Other than a different power supply
connection, and the com ports, printer ports, etc. being secured to the MB
it is the same old game.
