Subject: [PCBUILD] Motherboard malfunction

I have a Soyo Dragon Ultra motherboard, and it's been acting up on
  me ever
since a couple of days ago. The problem is, when i power up the
  computer,
nothing shows up, and notice the beeping sound. There is a
  continuous long
beeping sound computer from the PC speaker. From this i assume it's
giving
me a signal that something is up, either with the system board or
  the power
supply. But i've tried replacing a power supply with a known
  working one.
The problem still exists with a new power supply. So now, i'm
  assuming that
the problem is within the system board.

  Thanks for any help,
  Michael Martinez
