The SOURCE of your used computer hardware is the most significant thing
in determining your satisfaction. Will they replace any component that
fails to perform properly? Mechanical components and moving parts tend
to have more problems than electronics. People are more likely to trade
in good old motherboards on an upgrade than floppy drives. The other
side of the coin is that many used keyboards and floppy drives are
for sale cheaply because they were replaced for cause.

A reputable dealer will tell you which is which and give a reasonable
warranty such as 30 days on the good stuff.
