  Neither -- select "skip".  Installing a standard driver will undo
what you just used safe mode for; their advice that you must use
their Setup program indicates that their driver, if recognized at
this point at all, will not be installed correctly.

  No.  Do you have a 104-key keyboard with the menu and window keys?
They make it easy to get to the Start menu without a mouse.
Alternatively, leave Windows Explorer open when you shut down, so it
will reopen automatically after you reboot -- then you can use Alt-
Tab to switch to it (if necessary) and the arrow and tab keys to
navigate to the install program.
