I'm no expert, but I would be interested in further discussion - especially
from experts.

What about, say, two 8ppm printers - each should be much cheaper than one
16ppm printer, and would allow more flexibility.  "B" could print a page
while "A" is in the middle of a big job.

I understand that the ol' dot matrix printer is usually cheapest to run,
while laser gives the cleanest copy.  Having two printers would also
give redundancy - a "backup" in case a printer "dies" suddenly.
