Hi!

A friend of mine has an

son/Stylus_C42_Plus.html> Epson Stylus C42 Plus which is not working.
It has two leds, a red and a green one. The red led now is always ON and
the print cartridges don’t move!

Does anyone have experience with this model of Epson that could help me
with this?? If you need some other details I can ask her!
