I have run into this myself and come to find out it was just the way it was
installed. Try cntrl+alt+delete and shut down everything in the background
except explorer and systray and see if it improves your gameplay. If it does
then go into your system configuration utility and shut down some of the
things that are loading on start up. You may also want to check in your
device manager to see if your rescources are allocated the same or if there
is a conflict. Hope this helps
