Hi matt, I think youīre having a power supply problem, you may have to buy a
better one, with more REAL watts, no matter what it says on the label you
have to test it in your system if you can. I had that problem with a
geforce4200, a kt6 delta msi board and an 2200 athlon cpu and believe me, I
tested everything (including adding several fans and even open case) and it
was solved after testing some power supplys, it nows work flawless, not even
a hangup, nothing, It just works perfect.

You can check on the msi forums for better assistance in buying the power
supply, I couldnīt follow their advice because I live in Venezuela and we
have to buy whatever the dealer sells us. Good luck with that and donīt
hesitate in contact me by these means.
