I don't think you can turn it on and off on the Dell. I have the 8100.

Well, they ain't no pentium.

I have 8 kb L1 and 256 kb L2. When you hit F2 look at the top of the
screen, it should tell you how much L2 you have. Better yet, go to
http://www.belarc.com/ and download the advisor....it will tell you just
about everything about your computer, including how much L1 and L2
you have on board.

What "cache types" are you talking about??

What operating system do you have?? What do you have running at
startup?? What AV program??
