I lost the network connection to my cable modem in Win2000 Pro on my dual boot computer. I can boot into WinME and everything is fine, so it's not a hardware problem. The two error messages that show up in Event Log are:

"The Simple TCP/IP Services service terminated with the following error: The procedure call table is invalid."

"Your computer was unable to automatically configure the IP parameters for the Network Card with the network address 00E0295*****. The following error occurred during the configuration: The procedure call table is invalid."

What does this mean and how can I fix it?
