I did a google search and got zero hits also.  I did a search of XP Pro and found nothing.  I have never heard of this file in my life. You may have a virus or some other malware, but zdugui.exe.  I  have SP1 XP Pro also, and I don't have this file or any error messages. Bottom line, you're being hosed by some malware I'll bet.
